Returns:
We accept returns for items that are unused and remain in brand new condition within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, or return the item yourself to our offices.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item meets our return conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be processed after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
